I have to start of by saying I have never come across such a brilliant business owner with so much integrity. Thank you Rob. I bought a car of Prestige cars 7 days and had been dealing with Kyran, right from the start the communication has been excellent better than any place I have ever purchased anything from, Andy delivered my car to me which again was a pleasant experience. The next day driving my car it started misfiring, I called Rob and told him this has happened Friday it was and he told me not to worry he will be getting this sorted for me. He will get my car booked into BMW and get me a hire car until it’s sorted naturally over the weekend I couldn’t stop worrying about commuting to work and school. Little did I know Rob had been doing the same. I messaged him 8 am to let him I have booked it into BMW telling him who I spoke too. From this point forward Rob took over spoke to BMW and asked them to contact him for payment and car update, told me to book a courtesy car and transferred the money in my account. The reason I am putting this as part of my review is because things go wrong and it’s very easy for the businesses to say go through warranty or not help but I can tell you for sure Rob & Kyran have your back. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone I know. You don’t find business owners with so much care, compassion and integrity anymore! Would definitely buy of you again even though you are 100 miles away from me. You have me as a loyal customer. Thank you Rob & Kyran(can’t forget to thank Andy too).

From start to finish, the service has been absolutely amazing! Nothing was too much trouble, personally delivered my new car which was over 200 miles distance. Vehicle supplied with full MoT, full service by Ferrari, new tyres, all defects (although it was minor) was addressed. RB Prestige arranged the car to be polished with 3 year protection. I would highly recommend RB prestige and would use again. Thank you for supplying me with my dream car.

Last year I bought a Range Rover Sport from here and frankly it’s been an excellent experience with RB. Everything they do is very professional and recently I gave them the car to sell which was a similarly painful experience! The guys are genuine, first class and honest people! I have called today to check price for a another car and managed to speak with a Rob, who was so helpful advising me of tips to buy cars. He did call me back with some research that he conducted for me out of courtesy, i have never found a car dealer like this Rob? what a gentleman he is, I made an offer of a car of 36k where he put it up for 39.5k, I know it was not possible for him to do a deal for me but he spent so much time for me . I just wish i had that much money to have that car from him. I personally felt he was so genuine and fully recommend to any prospective buyer.
